We have the right to use the content in any way we see fit, so you can rest assured that the content is not stolen or plagiarized. If you’re looking for more original content, however, we do offer custom writing services as well.

Q: Does the website generate revenue?

No, most of my websites featuring on Flippa are starter sites and are not producing revenue yet. You will need to grow your website, build an audience, and work on monetization strategies to start generating revenue from your website.

However, we do provide some tips and resources to help you get started with monetizing your website.

Q: How much traffic does the site have?

As aforementioned, my websites have almost no traffic at the moment. You can expect the traffic to grow as you build your audience and work on promoting your website. We will be happy to provide more information upon request.

Q: Can I have Google Adsense on the site?

Absolutely! Many successful website owners have Adsense on their websites, and this is a great way to monetize your website.

However, you will need to maintain high-quality content and grow your audience in order to generate significant revenue with Google Adsense.

Please note that we CANNOT help you with Adsense approval, as this is a manual process. You will need to contact Google and submit your website for review on your own.

Q: What is the copyright situation of the site (articles, photos, themes, etc.)?

When buying sites from me on all platforms (Flippa.com, WebsitesForSaleStore.com or FindWebsitesForSale.com), you can rest assured that you have full ownership of the sites and all their content.

We retain no copyright or any other rights to your website, so you’re free to do as you wish with it once the transaction is complete.

Q: Is the site customizable? Can I change the logo/images or edit the articles?

The site is highly customizable, meaning you can change or edit just about anything you want. You can change the logo, images, articles, and various other elements of your website as you see fit. You can even buy a new theme (if needed) and change the whole look of your website!

Q: What costs are involved in running the website?

There are TWO main costs that you must pay: hosting and domain name.

Both of them are yearly fees that you pay to keep your website running. The hosting cost usually ranges from $5-$10 per month, while the domain name costs around $10 per year.

In addition to these costs, we recommend that you invest in other marketing and promotion tools to help grow your audience and bring more traffic to your site, for example, content writing, VA, SoMe management, etc. Anyway, this is completely optional and will depend on your own marketing and promotional strategies.

Q: How about maintenance work?

You’ll need to take care of all maintenance and upkeep for your website. This will include keeping the site secure, performing regular backups, updating plugins and themes as needed, etc.

Some of the hosting providers may offer automatic backups, but you should always make sure to back up your website manually as well. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with all of the various tools and resources available for maintaining and updating your website.

Q: What’s included in the sale?

This will vary from listing to listing since each website comes with different assets, but in general, you will receive the website itself, the domain name, any website content or theme included with the sale, and any other assets needed to run your website.

In some cases, you may also have access to social media accounts for your website, email lists, marketing materials, etc.
